By accessing or using OrderBook, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not submit an access request or use the service.

OrderBook provides tools for wholesalers and retailers to list products, share catalogs, and place orders as described on the platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

You are responsible for the accuracy of business details, GST, contact information, and any payment references you provide. Misuse, fraud, or illegal activity is prohibited.

OrderBook is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of OrderBook.

Wholesaler subscription fees and verification are subject to admin approval. We may approve or reject access requests at our sole discretion.

Payments for OrderBook wholesaler access are final and non-refundable once completed, except where required by applicable law.

We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g. payment apps, hosting). Referral names you provide are for internal reference only and do not create any agency or employment relationship.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform operators from claims arising from your use of OrderBook or breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for operational or legal reasons.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Users are strictly prohibited from selling or promoting illegal, counterfeit, harmful, or unauthorized products through OrderBook. If any user activity causes legal issues, financial loss, or reputation damage to OrderBook/Shuvoxis, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account and claim compensation or damage recovery from the responsible user as permitted by applicable laws.
